2) Opers who set up retaliatory servers to autokill or autokline other opers due to dispute and not a legitimate network need may be juped and/or delinked.
3) Experimentation is welcome and encourage. If your experimentation becomes disruptive to the network, you may be asked to stop or juped if you're unable to respond.
