1) Servers that are generating spam, by flapping or being misconfigured, may be juped to reduce the spam until the issue can be fixed.
2) Opers who set up retaliatory servers to autokill or autokline other opers due to dispute and not a legitimate network need may be juped and/or delinked.
3) Experimentation is welcome and encouraged. If your experimentation becomes disruptive to the network, you may be asked to stop or juped if you're unable to respond.
4) Malicious bad faith arguments are never welcome. Being a contrarian is fine and dandy but when it crosses the line to enforcing a personal vendetta against another oper, action may be taken.
